Hotel's location is highly dependable on situation. If you are for official.kr visit person, it js good location. But for other purposes, road connectivity is a issue to travel. Rooms are average, and service as well. You need to ask them to get everything (but you will get it). Food cost is so high comparatively. Rooms are clean, spacious. Also, owner of hotel is a gentleman and nice person.
